ITM Secures Contract to Deliver Three NEPTUNE V Electrolyser Units for German Green Hydrogen Projects

ITM Power has signed a contract to supply three of its NEPTUNE V electrolysers, totaling 15 MW, to a family-owned private company in Germany. This agreement highlights the growing demand for ITM’s advanced hydrogen production solutions, particularly for mid-sized projects.

About the NEPTUNE V

Launched in May 2024, the NEPTUNE V is a 5 MW containerized electrolyser plant powered by ITM’s proven TRIDENT stack technology. Known for its high efficiency, reliability, and flexibility, the NEPTUNE V also boasts the smallest footprint per MW in the industry, making it an ideal solution for space-constrained installations.

Project Details

  • The three NEPTUNE V units will be deployed across three individual projects in Germany.
  • The first delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2026.
